Cultivate a life you love.

Hi, I’m Lisa!

I love helping others cultivate a beautiful life! After gathering expertise in diverse industries and working professionally for nearly a decade, I love to share my experiences with a “lifelong learner” mindset.

In 2018 I changed careers and left the fashion design industry to work in fitness and preventative health. I began coaching clients one-on-one and in doing so I continuously pushed myself to increase my impact.

I’m currently building out my own cafe and fitness facility in Brooklyn, New York along with my business partner, Noah! Check out Woven Performance and Longevity here.

I completed my Master’s Degree in Public Health Nutrition at New York University’s School of Global Public Health during the global pandemic (phew!!)... My graduate research focused on nutritional epidemiology, food equity, public health policy and the social determinants of health.

I’m from a small town in the midwest and completed my undergraduate degree in Fashion Design from Kent State University. While studying at Kent, I studied abroad in Florence, Italy which ignited my passion for global travel and learning about new cultures, languages and foods. I also spent a semester of undergrad in New York City and after graduating, I moved to the Big Apple and call New York City my home.

I love to flex my creative and physical muscles— I’m a passionate chef, baker, health expert, strength training professional, painter, designer and I love to host friends in my Brooklyn home alongside my incredible husband, Nik.

Testimonials

“Lisa has contagious energy—whether chatting about wellness or what we’re having for our next meal, she always carries this excitement that makes you wonder why we don’t smile more. She is a lovely person to be around for the motivation we don’t know we need, and the knowledge that she’s always willing to share.”

“Lisa is a transformational coach and leader. Her diverse background, multi-faceted skill-set and international experience set her apart from the everyday world. Lisa brings inspiration, creativity and insight to her work with both individuals and organizations. Everyone is unique in Lisa's eyes. Lisa keeps you motivated, challenged and moving forward in all areas of your life.”

- Natalie R.

“Lisa is phenomenal! She brings an amazing energy and a supportive, positive, fun approach. But even though she’s a lot of fun, she’ll also make you work hard with tailored workouts! One of the things I most appreciated was how Lisa tailored everything to my body and my goals, more than other trainers I’ve worked with in the past. From training for my first marathon to a surf trip to rehabbing after a medical issue, she was always right there with me. I loved training with her so much that when she transferred locations, I trekked across Brooklyn to continue working with her!”
