I’ve never been someone who fits neatly into one box.

If it sounds like a lot, that's because it is. I'm a lifelong learner, insatiably curious and I’m set on making my corner of the world a little bit better than how I found it.
Hi, I’m Lisa!
I love helping individuals and organizations thrive.
I became a health consultant because I saw too many women trying to do it all; eating healthy, working out, juggling family, friendships, and work, convinced they had to be perfect to make progress and discouraged when it was impossible to maintain. When they stopped, the shame spiral would hit and by the time they were ready to start again, the decision fatigue set in.
I went back to grad school to study Public Health Nutrition because I wanted to understand what truly supports women’s health. I discovered the most effective way forward is a sustainable one. And the formula that works ⤵️
REAL STRATEGIES + CREATIVE SOLUTIONS
= LASTING IMPACT.
I believe you deserve to feel confident and joyful without shame or overwhelm. You deserve practical, trustworthy and compassionate support.
At the end of the day, health shouldn’t be complicated; it should give you the space to create something lovely.
I’ve followed my curiosity through different fields, when each step felt like I was answering a calling. I didn’t always fit the mold, but I stayed true to myself.
And along the way I realized how it all connects.
🎨 Designing showed me how to create something from nothing and bring ideas to life.
💪 Personal Training taught me the transformative power of support starts by listening with compassion.
✨ Leadership taught me how to galvanize and inspire diverse teams.
📝Public Health graduate studies taught me that systems have the biggest impact on our health.
🌿 Nutrition & Meal Prep taught me there are endless ways to be healthy.
Looking back, the dots connect perfectly. What felt like a series of separate paths was a trail leading me to my mission. Now I get to bring it all together, helping people with my unique perspective.
Today, my work takes many forms. I coach individuals in health, nutrition, wellness, and fitness. I also partner with organizations to craft content, design experiences, and communicate strategically.
Here’s the Truth
