High Protein Bread ~ Base Recipe

Make my most requested recipe ever - high protein cake / bar/ bramble / bread. It’s whatever you want it to be and EXTREMELY versatile! Swap and change things as you see fit ;)

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
¾ cup protein powder
2 large eggs
1 ½ cup water (or milk of choice)
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup honey (can omit)
½ cup fruit of choice
olive oil spray

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F and spray containers with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients.
3. Mix in eggs, water, olive oil, honey and stir until just combined.
4. Add fruit of choice (fresh or thawed frozen fruit).
5. Portion batter into container.
6. Bake for 20-24 minutes, using the “toothpick” method to be sure it’s baked through.
7. Enjoy!
